These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nearby Eats mobile app, website, and related services. By using Nearby Eats, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
Nearby Eats is designed to help you discover restaurants using your preferences, schedules, notes, and AI-assisted recommendation features. You may use Nearby Eats only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining access to your sign-in method, and for activity that occurs through your account.
Recommendations Are Informational
Nearby Eats provides restaurant suggestions and related information for convenience. We do not guarantee restaurant quality, availability, pricing, operating hours, reservation availability, menu accuracy, allergy suitability, or that a recommendation will match your preferences in every case.
Your Content and Inputs
You may provide profile details, notes, preferences, ratings, visit feedback, and other content through Nearby Eats. You retain your rights in what you provide, but you grant us permission to use that information as needed to operate, improve, personalize, secure, and support Nearby Eats.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Nearby Eats for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service;
- bypass limits, rate controls, account protections, or security features;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or probe the service without permission;
- submit content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
Limits, Availability, and Future Pricing
Nearby Eats may apply usage limits, recommendation limits, or other guardrails to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. Nearby Eats does not currently offer a public pricing plan, but paid plans, subscriptions, or monetized features may be introduced later.
Third-Party Services
Nearby Eats relies on third-party services, including providers for authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, maps, places data, and AI features. Your use of certain features may also be subject to those third parties' terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Nearby Eats, including its software, branding, design, and service content, is owned by Nearby Eats or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Nearby Eats if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Disclaimers
Nearby Eats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nearby Eats and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
